Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Web Bridge Designs LLC (“Web Bridge Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit webbridgedesigns.com (the “Site”). It also describes the choices you have about your information.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, message, and (optionally) company name you enter. You choose what to send us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and security tooling process limited technical data needed to serve and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and reliability, not to build advertising profiles.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or cross-site tracking on this Site.

3. Cookies & similar technologies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The Site does not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The technologies we do use are:

NamePurposeCategory
wbd-consentRemembers your cookie choices so we don't ask on every visit. Set only by us (first-party).Strictly necessary
Cloudflare TurnstileProtects the contact form from spam and bots. May set a token/cookie when the form loads.Strictly necessary (security)

Strictly necessary technologies are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. It, and any marketing technologies we might add in the future, load only after you opt in using the controls described in Section 6.

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site. They process data only to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare (Turnstile). Bot and spam protection on the contact form. It receives the data needed to verify a submission is from a human, including your IP address.
  • Resend. Delivers your contact form message to our inbox by email.
  • Upstash. Temporary, IP-based rate limiting that prevents contact form abuse.
  • Vercel. Website hosting and content delivery. Standard server logs may include IP addresses.
  • Vercel Web Analytics. Cookieless, aggregate traffic measurement (such as page views and referrers) that loads only if you opt in to analytics. It does not use cookies, build advertising profiles, or track you across other sites.

Our interactive 3D graphics are self-hosted on our own domain, so viewing them does not send your data to any third-party design or content-delivery network.

5. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
  • To operate, secure, and maintain the Site (including preventing spam and abuse).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Your choices & consent

You are in control of optional cookies. You can review or change your choices at any time:

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of the contact form simply by not submitting it. Because we honor your choice before any optional technology loads, declining means nothing non-essential runs.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), you have the rights described above and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify and respond as required by law.

8. Data retention & security

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry, and rate-limiting records for a short period for abuse prevention. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. If we add optional cookies or make material changes, we will ask for your consent again where required.
